Hello - I had a very hard time getting this myself. It never did work on my computer at home - I had to use my computer at school. I went to the Disney website and downloaded the brochure and it still didn't work. Someone from here finally sent me a link that would work. It was difficult to get. Don't give up though, it finally did work. Unfortunately I don't remember the wonderful person that sent me the link. Maybe if you would do a search here. Good Luck! --Renee
