Downtown Disney Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Boutique?

I read somewhere that the Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Boutique and Princess Room, where little girls can get manicures, hairstyles, etc. is opening up in April. Does anyone have details, such as whether you need an appointment, how you can make one, etc? I hope it's not going to be like the Cinderella breakfast where it's almost impossible to get in.

We stopped in to see how things were progressing two weeks ago and there was (surprisingly) very little in the way of advertisment. We talked to some CM's who were (surprisingly) somewhat closed-mouthed about it.

That said, I would imagine you will a) need a reservation or expect a wait and b) be fighting off other Princesses for your place in line, at least to begin with.
