They look like they would be nice for at home or around the resort, but I wouldn't wear them walking around the parks at WDW.

How do the sandals stick to your feet?
Down-Unders have a special adhesive built into the sandal that is designed to stick to your skin, but does not come off on your skin. Just step onto the sandals and go! How long do the sandals last or stick?
The topless sandals will stick to your feet until they get too dirty. When this happens simply wash or scrub the sandals with soap & water, let them air dry, then they are ready for the next use. Remember your feet MUST be clean & dry, no dust or oils on feet & the sandals must be clean & dry.

They feel strange for the first moment. Then you don't even notice them on your feet. You have all the comforts of being barefoot without the pain.

Can you wear the sandals in the shower?
Down-Unders are not designed as a shower shoe but yes, you can wear them in the shower. If you need to wash the bottom of your feet, you will have to step back onto dry sandals with clean dry feet. The sandals are designed to be worn where you would like to be barefoot: Any indoor or outdoor activity, at the pool, in RV parks, around the house, walking the dog, getting the paper, and on vacation.

This is why I asked to get a report from someone who actually owns them so I could get answers to those very questions!

Hey there....just received DD new topless sandals. This is for all of you who are curious about them.

Took 20 days to arrive, about what I expected. They are pretty much exactly what is described!! You don't get to pick the exact pattern but we did request a pair in light blue and she received a Hawaii print which was perfect!
My DD thinks they are pretty cool. It feels "weird" because they don't flip away from your foot like a reg flip flop. One word of advice about them.....everything does stick to them. So don't wear them on freshly cut grass or where there are little stones or loose dirt.

Overall, I think she'll probably wear them for a bit and then the novelty will wear off and she'll be back to the Old Navy flip flops.

I got them this week ~ $13 US including delivery to Brantford. They are very funny ~ have only worn them in the house and on the porch . The girls at work think they are a great conversation starter! My boss thinks I'm nuts. They will be fun but can't see them lasting too long because of dirt sticking to them. Glad I bought them but probably won't replace them when they are done.
