Hi!! We have been super busy lately with Christmas parties and now basketball games. And then tonight - both kids have some sort of stomach bug and I feel like I've been hit by a truck.

I'm so jealous that you are headed BACK to Orlando this week! If I don't make it back here before then, have a wonderful trip!!

We were expecting warmer in FLA than at home. And actually it was unseasonably cold at home while we were gone, so.... I just wasn't as prepared as I should have been. I somehow didn't pack socks for DS and I , so I bought him some and went without myself. I bought myself a zip up hoodie because I only had my rain jacket packed.

On the whole though, it was awesome and the kids loved it and want to go back. Financially it'll be a while before that happens , but we will do it again before they are 10 and 8.

As for T-Rex, we were in between the ocean and the asteroid room. Right by the T-Rex's tail. DS kept saying he was going to poop on us. The food was plentiful and what we had was good and we'll go again.

While it's nice to be home, I can't wait to go again.

Mayjay - you crack me up. I know it was cold down there and you were likely expecting/looking forward to more warmth - but didn't you say you were in Canada! So wouldn't even 65 feel warm to you? I hate cold and I am so glad we went when it was warm and got out of there. It is unseasonably cold. We're in Ga and it's already threatened snow. It was just funny as I read it! I don't blame you though, I know you were probably looking so forward to warmth.

T-Rex was very loud. Where did you guys sit? We were in the ocean and were looking right at the wooly mammoths. They were so cute. The ice cave looked really neat as well. Oddly, the ice cave felt warm while the ocean was freezing! We really enjoyed it though and I will definitely go back.

hey all!
We are back from an EXHAUSTING trip! The stroller was awesome and we had no troubles with it at all. I just popped the back wheel on and off when entering MK and AK, even with the kids in the stroller it wasn't too bad. A quick push in and spin it and the wheel just pops right back in. No steering issues at all except if the stroller was empty. Then we just pushed it with the front wheel up. It's just not meant to be pushed around empty and needs some weight in it.

As for the extras, I did have them and they were passed along to bell services along with the stroller. The bell services guy took the stroller from me on the 6th and ran it over to AKV that night. (I handed off at midnight...yawn) So he did have the bag on the stroller so I'm sure AKV either has it mislabeled or it eneded up back at OKW since the scannable tags on the stuff was marked for drop off to me there.

Rainydaze are you the next to take the stroller? If so the extras will either be at OKW or AKV and bell services should be able to track it down quickly with that tracking number yomickey had gotten. They are in a giant blue disney shopping bag and should still be tied at the top as we didnt' even use anything other than the bar.

LOL!! after I read that in Mayjay's report, I went and put socks in the suitcase for everyone!

I might write up a bit of a trip report. Maybe more of a report through pictures as it was an interesting trip with the IL's. I won't go as far as to say a bad trip but more like being on a 'bad trip' .

And don't forget to pack winter coats, hats, gloves, cold weather clothes, etc. We had some stuff but spent a large portion of the evenings freezing. Layers are definitely the way to go.

If AKL doesn't have the extras, they can track it all down and bring it over to a park I'm sure if you ask the right person.

But I will keep my fingers crossed Baloo went back and they found it at AKL. I will update as soon I hear or whatecer I found out while I am down there.

OKW rooms were HUGE! I couldn't believe the size of the 2bedroom. We switched over to SSR for our last night and it felt so tiny in comparison. LOL
I do have to say the counter service and mug refill spot was pretty lacking and the boat service was spotty at best. But we had the room that was literally across from the hospitality house bus stop so no complaints on location!

I'll see if I can dig out the tracking number, I believe he did give me one (I think!). I wasn't worried about it at the time as he was running it over personally since it was so dead at bell services and then I didn't get a call from Baloo's girl about the stroller so I figured all was well.

I finally got all 1200 photos form my camera DL'd onto the computer and now I"m working on DD's camera and DH's video camera. But here are a few that I do have uploaded to photobucket already.

I had to share what my 2yr old told me today. He crawled up on my lap and said he wanted to "go home to Disney World" and ride the People Mover.

He is such a sweetie and the people mover is his most favorite ride. I felt so bad telling him we couldn't just up and go! Yep, I'm a sucker for his big brown eyes.

I just PM'd you to see if it is too late to squeeze me in for tomorrow, the 18th, and the 19th. I'm currently at WDW (at BCV) using another double stroller via a DIS swap but my stroller is due to to go the next person tomorrow. DH decided that he doesn't want to stick with our original plan of having a non-park day this Friday, our last full day here, so it would be SO helpful if I could still get in on this swap for two days; we fly out Saturday morning. I gave you my cell # in the PM. I just don't know if you will even bother checking online tonight or tomorrow before you head out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
