BUT i did not gain anything either!!!!!!!!!!

I weighed myself sometime last week but not on Saturday. But I lost 3.5 pounds.

I know that i should be doing MORE exercising than i am.........I just dont have the energy. After working on my feet for 10 hours a day 5 days a week ........ i am just pooped out!!!!!!!

it seems i have about 2 good days a week that i feel like i can at least go ride my bike and the rest of the days i seem to be barely able to get off the couch after work!!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANY ONE??????????????????????????????:confused3
 
Dizzi - I don't know how much more you need to lose to hit your goal but the last few pounds are always tough. Plus the weeks when you maintain your weight are good weeks, especially when you are near your goal.

You are most likely putting on some more muscle and getting leaner but its not showing up in your weight. This is when measurements other than weight are handy.

Just keep it up and don't feel bad you haven't excerised as much as you would like. I haven't even started to think about exercise. I don't have the time readily available so I would need to make time. Plus I think I might croak if I actually ran anywhere.

One other thing, sometimes when you maintain your weight for a few weeks and you are staying on track, your body may need a jumpstart to its metabolism. Make sure you eat every meal and make sure you eat your snacks in between. If you are doing WW try eating all of your flex pts for a week. Give your body more food (energy) and then cut it back again the next week. Trick your metabolism. As long as its healthy food and its not too much it shouldn't change your weight considerably, if at all.

I am just SOOOOO exhausted when i get home from work i JUST CANNOT do exercise BUT what i am going to do is this!!!!

I am going to TRY TRY TRY REALLY HARD to at least on my days off spend 1hour riding my bike ....... it is something i really like to do, i just dont take the time because i feel i have "MORE IMPORTANT' things to do. But in the end are they really important.

No laundry is not that important!!!!!!
 
Hi guys. I am going to my WW meeting this wed. I will let you know how I did then. Trying to be good. I have been eating lots of raw veggies when I want to snack. Not my favorite but better than my usual cookies and junk food. I bought some of those 100 calorie packs. The problem with them is who wants just one pack? I have very poor contol if I start to eat them at home. It is okay if I take a pack to work since the rest are not there. Maybe I should keep them in my car so at least I would have to get my coat on and go out to get them. Or better yet, I could park several blocks away and get my exercise that way. Wonder how many blocks would it take to burn the hundred calories? :rotfl:
 
My Dh uses those 100 calorie packs he loves them!!!!

i cannot use them cuz one is not enough for me either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hopped on the scales at work yesterday and I haven't dropped any digits - to be fair I wasn't expecting a big drop, or any drop, as I am sure it will take a few weeks to conquer the delayed effects of all the Christmas excesses before I start to lose. This week I am not being so good with the eating as I have had a couple of family crises and I just want to comfort eat. The weather is still miserable and I still can't find the motivation to exercise. I hope to go to the swimming pool to pick up a schedule of opening times, and that will be a start. My mind is on the right wavelength but my body just doesn't want to join in!

Yesterday wasn't that good of a day for me. And neither was Sunday. I can take comfort in the fact that Monday was better than Sunday though, right!

I hope today is better. Yesterday I really had an incredible urge to snack. I was stuck in the house all day. Today we will be busy all day so it should be better.

i had chicken tenders from Burger King today as i was in Jury duty and was DIEING for food when i got out it was the first easy turn in!!!!!!!

DOES any one know how many points these are??????????????????????????

i picked these as to have no bread and no mayo and i just dipped in ketchup so i was still thinking points!!!!!!!!!

Other than that i have done okay to day just granola bars and fruit snacks i took to jury duty and of course i had MOCHA JOE which was probally about 5 points but OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH they are sooo worth it!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Today I have been really bad - I have eaten bad things all day and I have had a chicken curry and two, yes two beers!!!

I just got back from WW and I lost 2 pounds. Not as much as I hoped. My DH lost 8. How fair is that? I counted my points and he had no idea what he did. Oh well, there is always next week.

I know 2 pounds is good but it is hard to be excited when you are sitting next to someone who lost 8 and is gloating about it. I know he was excited but I was a little disappointed and he made me feel bad about it, not intentionally, he is not that kind of guy. I will just have to try harder this week.
 
Hi eveyrone, Sorry I am finally getting a chance to catch up.!!!!

If you have lost since we started please post it. I don't think I have any for anyone.

I didn't do well in Disney but then again I didn't go there to lose weight so I ate what I wanted and when I wanted it. Those frozen lemonades are my fav. A night at ESPN and the brewery at Boardwalk where not good for the diet either. Oh well what's a girl to do. However, I did complete my 1/2 marathon so that had to have burned some calories.
