SHRPGRL.............hey 2 pounds is AWESOME!!!!! Men always loose afster then women!

i have been working on this weight thing for what almost 3 weeks now and i have lost 0! a big fat 0!!!!!!

I have done really well stickign to it and have counted every day!!!!!

OH WELl, maybe on weigh in this saturday!!!!!!!:confused3

Now what do I do about snacking after supper? I do good all day but struggle after supper. I drink Diet A&W and I started drinking more water. I have the 100 cal packs but eat several in my quest for something. I am not hungry when I do it. I tried staying out of the kitchen but I just can't stop from foraging. Bad, bad Susan. I even cut up a massive amount of raw veggies but that is not where I head.Maybe I should move my bedtime up to 6 pm.:)
 
I have the same problem!

We do have dinner fairly late now so that helps we had dinner last night at about 7 and i drink alot! DIET COKE..... WATER and i have found i really great flavored water that has helped me tremendously CUZ I HATE WATER!!!!!

it is by NESTLE it is called PURE LIFE, it is flavored and has splenda in it!!
i buy it at WALMART and COSTCO!!!!!! you should try it!!!!! i have been surprised how much i like it....I SOMETIMES fogo my DIET COKE for the water, which is like a miracle!!!!!!

BUT THESE are the things i have found help me to not over snack in the evening!!!!!!!!!

14 chips and salsa!
carrots and salsa
brocolli and salsa
DRY CEREAL! just a sweetened dry cereal is a GREAT snack when wanting soemthing sweet!!!! MY FAVORITE RESEE PUFFS!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah!
Dried fruit ...cherries raisin cran raisins
rice cake snacks
grapes
strawberies
granola bars
licorice
pickles
babycorn ears...love these things!!
graham crackers plain or with a light spread of marshmellow cream
marshmellows

I have exactly the same problem - I do really well all day, and then the evenings are a nightmare - I am trawling the cupboards trying to find low calorie snacks and failing miserably!
 
Glad I am not the only one that does it. I am thinking of getting a treadmill. Maybe I can condition myself to do that instead of eating. Better yet, I can set it in the kitchen in front of the cupboards. Then I will have to walk and walk and walk before reaching the box of snacks.:rotfl:
Seriously, Does anyone have any advice on what kind of treadmill I should get to walk(not run) on. I want to spend under $1500 and get a folding kind because my house is small. I have been looking online but there are so many of them.
I thought about getting a dog so I would have to walk it. I told my DH that someone had mastiff puppies that they are giving away. He said no way. Then he came home today and asked me where the puppy was. He was so sure I would go get one. I really want one but the last few years I have put a lot of money in my yard and I don't want it to get dug up. Also my cats would not like it. Too bad I could not walk the cats.
 
I weighed in this morning. I'm down 2 pounds. Total lost:5 pounds.

I was not that good this week, so I was very surprised but very happy.

...we were at the Poly for 8 nights for my birthday at the beginning of the month and I let myself have whatever I wanted. Through the week we ate at V&A; Artist Point; Boma; Kona Cafe; 'Ohana; and Citricos.

Hubby came home at same weight as when we left.
I had gained 7 lbs! YIKES!! But most of that was gone in a week. Plus I lost 2 this week (not really sure how as I've been so busy I haven't been paying as much attention as I should).

In any case, things are finally going in the right direction! Here's hoping another good week is in store!
 
Hello all I would love to join. I have a good 50 lbs to loose. I would be really happy to be down 30 by cruise time. I have been really trying to loose weight for the last few years. So I am saying offially this is the year I AM giving up 50 lbs!!!! ( My sis says never say you need to loose weight because if you loose something you might find it again)
 
Oh I was so bad tonight. My son had friends over for the day and I thought I was going in to work at 7PM (but I called off) so I ordered Pizza hut for supper and made brownies for them. I ate 3 pcs. of pizza and ate a warm brownie. I should have made a salad to eat before the pizza came. Too late now. I will get back on WW now. I will send the leftover brownies home with his friends and I will go treadmill shopping tomorrow. this I VOW!!! And as God is my winess I will never go hungry again!!! Too much? Thought so too.:)

I did not do well today either..............

I have a couple sores in my mouth .maybe from the diet pills i have been taking????????????????NOT SURE!!!!!!

But i couldnt eat today so i had, a milk shake for breakfast...........and then a muffin crushed up in milk for lunch.

I know that was already off the charts.

We also started walking in the evning a few days ago, and instead of walking to day we went to get paint and started painting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally messed up this weekend but yesterday I was awful! I had a huge calzone smothered in cheese, some ice cream and some chips! ACK!!! Just writing it out is making sick.

I weighed myself this morning to see the damage, I've gained 2.5 pounds. I am hoping to lose it all by Saturday.

I always do this sort of thing.

So today I am going to post every last thing I eat right here.

So far:

1 cup of cheerios
1/2 cup skim milk
 
I mouth hurts........
My jawl hurts and my throat hurts a bit!

i dont know what the heck to eat to day, and i am hungry which makes it worse i guess i am going to have to go and get some pudding. Or blend up some soup. Yeah broth that is what i can eat. Or drink...........

I gues tomatoe soup would be good for me!

oh i may have some for breakfast!!!!!

Going to get some now!!!

finally got to the gym today and really enjoyes it spent 50 minutes workingout then had a 15 minute swim
yesterday I started back at yoga too

found some scales at the gym today :scared1: have never been so heavy in my life :eek:
 
Well I just came from the gym equipment store. I bought a treadmill. It won't be here til next week. I can't wait. Floyd says he will use it too. I hope it helps. We have such a small house that I will see it every time I go from the living room to the kitchen.
I did better today. I am still under points so later I migt make some popcorn. There is one pc. of brownie left so I hope the kid finishes it. Tomorrow night is weigh in. I will let you know how I did.-Susan
 
was at the gym today again only done half an hour and the same in the pool all sore tonight
just after eating a bag of sweets
sent DS to shop for milk and he came back with them , now if I went myself I'd never buy them
but if they are in the house I have to have them :rolleyes1
got a really sweet tooth lately :rotfl2:
 
Well, back from WW and I lost .6 and DH lost 2. I can't wait to get my treadmill. I need to get moving.

I still am having trouble getting motivated:confused3 I more I say today is the day to get focused the more I loss sight. I need to give up wheat and it is really hard for me to do......
