I have only been to DL once in my life so I think i am safe in passing up on this one.. thanks for posting the pictures...

While I LOVE the new retro print, the more I look at it, the more I think I don't like it for a Dooney. It reminds me of a print they might normally have on a lot of the other non "designer" Disney merchandise. Call me a snob. After I spend all that money, I want people to know I'm carrying a Dooney and not just any Disney bag!

For those going to WDW this month, I just saw this on AllEars.net that at Hollywood Studios, "Now through April 28, a 20% discount "Bounce Back" merchandise coupon will be included with receipts at Quick Service restaurant locations." No specifics but if it's like previous 20% coupons, you can probably use it on Dooneys.

I got my first D&B purse today from Disneystore.com. It is the red and white striped champsac. The description says that the strap is adjustable. While there are two additional holes for lengthening and shortening, it is so tight that I can't get it to release. The metal "post" seems too large to fit through the hole.

Can anyone offer suggestions or share their experiences? Thanks!

I noticed that the new print doesn't have a hang tag...also if it's Retro Disney then why are Mickey's Fun Wheel (or the Wheel of Death, as I prefer to call it ) and World Of Color represented?

I'm pretty sure that someone (mlittig?) went through a lot to adjust the straps on the Erica...

Have you checked out the FB page? People are quicker to respond there. I know there's a post in here somewhere about doing it...

LoriC1964, Christine is right, I did adjust all the straps on my Erica bags , including the red and white striped one It was very hard, took a lot of pulling and coaxing and they went back on the new metal post a lot easier than it comes off I just kept working at it and very, very carefully used a small flathead screwdriver for leverage on one side ~ just be extremely careful not to poke the leather Hope this is clear and helps I am sure you will love your new Disney Dooneys

Well, my "stronger than me" DD was able to get it to release and I have moved each one to lengthen the strap. I love my new bag and am already eyeing my next purchase...
