Lulu'sMom, I'm getting caught up after having been at WDW myself about the same time that you were. I, however, did not see those adorable wallets nor the Minnie cosmetic bag with matching brush/jewelry bags. The problem, I believe, was I spent too much time looking at everything DD17 wanted to look at and not having time/energy to look at what I wanted to look at. In spite of that, I went way over budget on souvenirs. Again, mostly DD17 stuff. Wondering if you can give me details on those couple of things I missed. Were the Minnie bags sold together as a set, or separately? Can you give me prices and rough dimensions? Same with the wallet. Price/dimensions? Can you describe or take a picture of the inside? Hopefully you don't mind, but if you do, I totally understand. I'm asking a lot.

My order is really on its way - it has an origin scan! It says it was shipped UPS Ground but it doesn't say what day it will be delivered.

OMG, after taking all day to place that order on Wednesday, I just double checked, since my card was charged. Its at full price, and the credit card hold and mystery Vinylmation in not on there! No discount, no nothing! On hold with DS now.
Top that off with the fact, that they have only given me credit for 1 of the 3 Dooney's I returned 3 weeks ago, I am about to be done with the DS!

Off the phone, she wanted to give me a store credit for the 25% off. I said why would I want a gift card when I was only supposed to pay the sale price to begin with? Yeah, she changed her tune.
And they only show record of returning 1 bag, when all 3 were in the same box!

Wow. So sorry you are having these problems. I would be fuming if that happened to me. I was fuming just a bit ago because i drove home 30 miles from Bloomingdales only to find a security tag on the jacket I just bought. Tried to get it off myself but was afraid of ripping the fabric. Had to drive 60 miles round trip to get it removed because that is the only Bloomingdales nearby. And that is nothing in comparison to the problems you are having. What are they going to do about the other two bags you returned??

I was fuming just a bit ago because i drove home 30 miles from Bloomingdales only to find a security tag on the jacket I just bought. Tried to get it off myself but was afraid of ripping the fabric. They are going to look into my missing returned bags. Nice of them huh? They wanted to know if I put the return slips in the box, yes of course I did. And I got credit for one, did they just chuck the other two? That is a lot of money I am out if they dont fix it.

I wonder how they go about looking into it? I hope they file all the return slips somewhere and don't just toss them. How long has it been since you purchased the bags? Maybe you can dispute the charges with your credit card company and get a provisional credit pending the outcome. That way you aren't having to make a payment and accruing interest in the meantime. I had something similiar happen with my eye doctor. I had a refund coming to me but they never issued it so I disputed it with the bank and in the end it was resolved in my favor.

So I know that October 1st is the 30th Birthday for EPCOT and that they are making some special merchandise for it, do you think D&B might come out with a bag design for it?

I don't know but on the Disney Parks Blog today it says something about the Aulani Dooneys and a new pattern and I was wondering if that means a new/second Aulani Dooney or if it was referencing the one that came out when the resort first opened.
