I find it a bit big ( and that is saying alot since as my DH would say '' do you carry half of what's in the house in your purse lol...) but if a find a ggod placement I think I would buy it

LOL yes I saw those almost everywhere. But holy cow is it big!!!!

The only blue sketch I saw anywhere were wristlets, letter carriers only in green and yellow, and they only had a few.

Sending you los of pixie dust Last year, right before we left for our disney trip, I read here on the disboards, that the disney dooneys were almost sold out at every store. As soon as I had a chance, I headed out to downtown disney and was surprised to find every style in stock. I'm guessing that they had just restocked when we got there

Hopefully, you will find exactly what you are looking for! Have a wonderful trip and don't forget to take lots of pics for us not lucky to be there yet Our trip isn't until Xmas, hoping a new design will be out by then.

Not really sure whats going on, was at EPCOT, Boardwalk and Beach Club today and not one letter carrier or pouchette in color. There were a few white sketch bags, Boardwalk had a few Wonder bags too but that was it! None at DTD last Tuesday. Would love a Purple pouchette.

I really hope they get the colored letter carriers in stock at WDW soon! I leave in 15 days too, on the 21st of this month, and I really wanted to check out the blue and purple LC.

I can't call it Hollywood Studios either!! It's MGM, and that is it.

was there 8/27 thru 9/3...hit every store, from DTD to GF To Beach Club to poly to CR, and all the parks, and no blue letter carrier for me!

I told DH it wasn't meant to be, but I knew after seeing a couple of yellow and green ones, that it would be too small for me anyway. My everyday bag is the black wonder tote

I thought I could use the letter carrier in the parks but I like my baggalini triple zipp for that!

This is so funny, there's not a single person in my family willing to call it HS either. It will always be MGM to us as well. To go even further back my DH is from Orlando and I cannot get him to call MK, the MK. He was there when MK was all there was and it was called Disneyworld. As far as he's concerned the MK is Disneyworld.

For all of the ladies who said they are hoping to find purple sketch wristlets on their upcoming WDW vacations, all of the wristlet colors were back in stock at both the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios yesterday. I even spotted a lady carrying a Disneyland anniversary D& B bag buying a purple wristlet at the Magic Kingdom. Wonder if she posts on the DIS???

Hmmm... I wonder if that was me!!! I just got back from WDW today (8/29-9/11) I was planning to get a blue LC while at WDW (I bought a purple and pink at DLR, but decided to save the blue for my WDW trip. Was surprised to find no LCs anywhere at first, well, maybe MK had green and yellows.) Early in my trip, they didn't even have pink or purple wristlets. When those showed up, I decided to get a purple wristlet to appease my craving for a new Dooney. I bought the purple wristlet at MK, and was sporting my DL55 bags during some of my days there. My hair is down past my waist.

I did find one blue LC at DHS. The placement wasn't very good. It was probably a return, because it was the lone LC hanging in the display.
I talked to the CM at TrenD, and she said they were out of the LCs for a couple of weeks.

I was surprised at the lack of LCs at WDW, since they had a pretty good stock at Vault 28 and in DCA on August 27th. (Except for the DL55 LC. But I did manage to get mine that day, finally.) I'm going to DLR on Saturday, so will see how much stock they have.

I also ended up getting a blue wristlet at GF. I needed to get the blue!!! I rationalized it with the few % I saved on sales tax in FL vs CA! Plus the 20% AP discount that is supposed to expire on Sept 30, so I needed to take advantage of that.

Hello Disney777! We were there the same time! Hot huh lol. Yes, just came back from Disney. Had nothing to worry about re: Finding my Sketch tote, they were all over the parks. I was going to buy one on Ebay but waited the whole Summer to buy it directly in Disney.

I looked in every store that sold DB for the mini wristlet in that rare purple color. It was my absolute favorite. The ONLY store that had 2 left in all of Disney was in MGM at "Once Upon A Time". (The pink & purple was gone from MK by the time I asked before I left) right on the way to the Tower of Terror Ride. They seemed to have alot of the styles and the ladies were very knowledgeable of all the Dooney Products. You should ask them for anything you are looking for, they said they can hunt for it in other stores. Happy Shopping!

I just got the ginormous sketch tote. I had the first edition cindy sketch and the handle separated after only a few months - I sent to dooney and they replaced but I lost my placement and mickey's head was obstructed so I sold on ebay and waited for our DL trip.

I was a little hesitant to get such a big bag but I just adore the sketch - it makes me smile every time I see the pattern. The Cindy handles were just not doing it for me - I carry a lot and I am in and out a lot and they were just a little short and too rigid for my taste so it worked out.

I have never carried such a large bag - usually the size of the wonder tote (I have a giraffe version that I love of that style). But I am loving this huge bag I needed to reorganize some things so I can find them in there but I am always on the go and travel for work and I can throw anything in there to carry where I'm going (last night I toted a stromboli to my sister's in my purse!). I also keep the snaps closed whenever possible so it's not as huge front to back.

I really thought it would be a huge adjustment but it's been a pleasant surprise using the ginormous version!

So I have completely avoided this thread in an effort to curb my temptation. I decided it would be much more fun to save up my money and get a pink lc on our trip in 10 days, as opposed to buying one online.

I have so been looking forward to this and now you guys are saying they only have green and yellow?

I hope they restock soon! My poor DH is going to be dragged to every store in my quest He hates shopping btw.

If anyone goes any sooner, please give us an update!
