We live near Six Flags Darien Lake. It had much more atmosphere and character before it became Six Flags. Now its just your standard Six Flags park. The only Six Flags park thats on my list to visit is Magic Mountain in CA.
Have been to Cedar Point 4 times. Just like everyone else we highly recommend this amusement park.
Just came back from Hershey. Great time. First time in 25 years. Hershey is now a 2 3 day stop. Besides the park they have many other local activities.
On the way to Hershey we randomly stopped at a place called Knoebels Grove. This was the highlight of the trip. The park is free to enter and is pay per ride. We spend $16 in a 4 hour period. The coasters were awesome.
