Just wanted to let leverybody know that I just got off the phone with Disney and the CM told me that they are expecting to be able to take ADRs for Tusker House any day now!!!! (N0 word on Yak & Yeti. )

That's what the CM told me when I called and made our other ADRs over a month ago.

I just got off the phone with reservations. The CM I talked to told me that there wasn't going to be a CB at AK after November 30th. I'm so confused. I asked her if it was still moving to Tusker House and she said it was "closing forever" on November 30th. I might call back later today to see if maybe she just misunderstood me.

So I just called back. This next CM was more helpful. lol She basically gave me the same information as before. She said she didn't know when they were expecting to be able to take ressies, but that it should be soon. She said she had the same people calling her everyday to ask. :lol Guilty. I let her know what the other CM told me and she said she'd look into so that there wouldn't be any panic for other guests. Imagine if a non DISer had called and gotten that information. Poor thing. Anyway, keep calling!

The character meal is only at breakfast, but Tusker house will be open for lunch and dinner as well.

Is it a TS buffet at lunch and dinner also? I wonder what time they'll serve unti on the days that AK closes at 5:00. Do you make reservations for lunch, as you do breakfast, or I wonder if it will be strictly walk-ins as Beaches and Cream is-a TS that doesn't take ADRs. Does anyone know?

just got off the phone with disney dining - for whatever it's worth the CM told me she thought they would start taking ADRS in 2 - 3 weeks.

IMO..I do think any of the CMs answering phone calls actually know when ADRs will be aceepted. I do think anyone will know until the powers that be tell them. One day we will wake up and they will be accepting them.
