We are headed to WDW April 29-May 9 for our daughter's wish trip. The "official" part of the trip is April 29-May 5 and we are doing the last 4 days on our own. We are staying at Give Kids the World, arriving late afternoon on the 29th. From what I have been told, we will recieve a 3 day hopper to WDW, a 2 day hopper to UO/IOA and a one day pass to Sea World. This is what our plan looks like so far. Please let me know if this sounds the best for a family with of Mom, Dad, dd 8 with Down syndrome and in maintenance for leukemia and an energetic 6 year old son.
April 29 - arrive late afternoon - hang around GKTW
April 30 - IOA for son's 7th birthday
May 1 - EPCOT 8:30 Storybook Breakfast in Norway/ MGM in the afternoon
May 2 - AK in morning/MK in PM
May 3 - rest and play at GKTW
May 4 - Sea World
May 5 - Universal/IOA
May 6 & 7 St. Pete Beach then return to Orlando
May 8 - MK all day
May 9 - Breakfast at Trails End at FW then airport.
How long does it take to get from EPCOT to MGM and from AK to MK just so we have an idea in planning our days? We will have a rental car.
Thanks so much! This is our first trip and we are all so excited we can hardly stand it!
