I'm checking daily to see if I can get a reservation changed to AP garden view. Dunno why in the WDW can they not check on it immediately rather than get every family detail (blood type, heritage, great grandmother's SS #)? I'm very suspicious that by having all of that info they are not allowing me access to all possible available rooms, but maybe not. And don't even get me started on all the selections you gotta make before you actually get to talk to someone. Thank goodness I'm using a toll free number!!!!!

There's a 1-800 number? Shoot! I used a lot of my minutes trying to get the CTH code last week by calling the 407 number

And yes it annoys me that it takes so much just to get a rate quote.
 
What is that toll free number for? Disney Club? DVC? I would love to use it but I don't want to call and have the CM ask for my DC number:o
 
dunno-just been using it-nobody asked about a DC number-though I was for a while and given all the nonsense info the want, I certainly don't feel guilty
 
Just a thought but that number is for the WDTC so that may be the problem. The last time I called the DC line I wanted to book an AP rate so they ended up transferring me over to CRO. The CM I was working with from the WDTC said they didn't book AP rates, so maybe that's why it takes them so long to search for you?
