I posted the other day about seeing our flight coming home missing off Jetblue's website. My DH called and Jetblue confirmed our flight and times and said that maybe it was removed because it was full.
Well, tonight I checked my itinerary again, and now instead of 10:05 pm, we are on a 6:30 pm flight!
Do the airlines routinely cancel and change people's flights without telling them? No email, nothing. I had to pick our new seats and all the rows with the wider legroom were filled up now. Sheesh, there was a reason I booked early. To get a better price and to get good seats, or so I thought.
It's a good thing I didn't give our TA the flight #'s and times because now I'd have to change it.
So, does this happen all the time? I haven't flown in years so I don't know. All I know is that my friends rave about Jetblue and an acquaintance that worked for them said that they rarely cancel.
