At the HS meet & greet, does Chewy make noise or is he silent?

He gives off a radiated square wave that oscillates at somewhere between 60 and 240 Hz.
The wavering buzz can be heard more clearly if you hold a portable AM radio (tuned between stations) near his head.

Yup, he makes noise. I sort of assumed he'd smell like a dog or some other animal....but nothing.

Kylo Ren also speaks, and he's as creepy in person as he is in the movie.

Darth Vader scared the liver out of me, but Chewy grabbed me in a friendly headlock which made for a fun picture. His fur was really really scratchy though.

I love this board. I didn't even realize I had the same question, until I saw your post! (Meet/greets go much better for DS when there are no surprises; knowing if Chewy makes noise is important info for us!)

I really wish they hadn't swapped out Darth Vader. Really wanted to do that meet and have zero interest in his replacement. Chewy should be fun though.

We were all making Wookie noises for this pic. This was after they snapped a bunch of pics of me weeping like a baby while he hugged me. We put out hoods up at Chewie's request...he thought we were Jedi's and should have them up!
