Does AP history repeat itself?

Can a moderator or Disney planning pro tell me if the AP rates, historically, come out that same time every year, for the same seasons/months?

At www.mousesavers.com she has a page where she has charted the history of codes, etc. on a yearly basis. I don't have the exact link for that page sorry.

Not always. I thought for sure there would be AP or Code rates for last September, which is traditionally a very slow time. Nope, they decided to do the fairytale 7 for 4 package. Since I had an AP already so that didn't work for me. I did end up getting a 20% off AAA rate at CBR.
