There are several threads about this. If you leave you e-mail, they'll e-mail you the spreadsheet.

I made a onenote notebook, also, if you use one note. Just leave a note on the thread.

PM your 'e' to me and I send you 2 or 3 spreadsheets that might be what you're looking for.
