Do you wake up in your bed every morning?

Have a strong drink and come back! :teeth:

Yeah, all I need is a strong drink and I won't be sick anymore too.... If only I could swallow. (no pun intended)

I am shocked and appalled at that question. You better stop sniffing your hair.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Just say no to perm fumes!

What made you even come up with this question.

Yes I always wake up in my bed, normally a few times a night either to pee or take care of a child. Sometimes I wake up and there is a 4 year old in bed between DH and myself, but not that we have a king size bed that doesn't matter so much.

That same 4 year old would often wake up on the floor (or more likely I would come in her room and find her on the floor. We still keep a bed rail on her bed and that helps.

What you been drinking girl?????????????????? :confused3 :rotfl:

Oh, no, what do you have?

I don't know, I have a fever 99.2 (3rd day), my head hurts, my ears hurt, my throat hurts, my body hurts, even my fingers (yet I still type :confused3 ) my nose is clogged, oh and aunt flo decided to come today. I called the Dr on Monday and he said whatever I do, don't take any meds because I have an echocardiogram Friday and he doesn't want the results to get affected, I would think me being sick the way I am would make it worse.

If only parents didn't send their children to school sick, I always catch their germs. :sad2: If I stay home, why can't they?

Oh sorry, continue on with thread...

It could be the flu, even though usually the fever is higher. But in adults it's not always. My fever was higher when I had the flu, but only for about a day. At least I think I had the flu. My 12yo did have it for sure (was tested) and had a HIGH fever for a couple days, but it went away after he started Tamiflu, but he's a kid and they tend to run higher fevers. Are you real weak? Do you have a cough?

Yes, I'm weak, I was going to go to work today, since all I do is Dis there anyway, but I can't even sit up.

I cough maybe once per hour. I rarely get sick with coughs, that would drive me wacky.

Think a shot of tequilla or a gin and tonic will clear this up?

Hmmm...I am going to go with 98% of the time yes. :teeth:

I read the "do you make your bed" thread and for some reason thought of this topic. :rotfl2: No idea why. Just being my loopy self. And the thing is, I don't need alcohol to be this way--isn't that scary? If I drank I'd really be in trouble. I'm much more normal sounding when I drink because then I get a headache and get serious. :teeth:

A gin and tonic with lime will definately help brats cold.
A couple of gin and tonics with lime may account for the other 2% when I don't wake up in my bed. :teeth:

I knew there had to be some kind of logic in there.

I am the same way. Much stranger sober. :cool1: :cool1:

Most of the time. Sometimes on the couch, or in one of the kids beds.

BTW IceBrat hope you're feeling better tomorrow!!

Oh wow, you haven't even drank anything?

A few years ago, I drank that drink called The Club, I had like 4 and then when I went to Potty I fell off the toilet and was stuck inbetween the toilet and the bathtub. Maybe I shouldn't drink anything tonight, eh?

But I wouldn't mind waking up on Capt. Jack Sparrow's pirate ship :teeth:

well normally I wake up while watching my coffee brew.

thats usually how it happens...

I'm sure you wouldn't, but do you really want a Jack Sparrow Jr. running around? :lmao:

If you read very many of my posts you'd think I was a drinker. :rotfl2: Not that I'm opposed to a drink on occasion, but it has to be worth the migraine that I get, so it doesn't happen but once or maybe twice a month. :(

Yeah, there are places that I can dream of waking up! :lmao: That Johnny Depp thread was kind of fun today.
