I am on the phone a lot, average 3,000+ minutes a month, much of in the car. I always use a wired earbud, (put my seatbelt on, bud in the ear, very routine) though both my phone and BB are BT capable. I have yet to hear a good quality BT on the receiving end. The listening end, the person using the BT, has good sound in their ear, but the other participant to the conversation has poor quality of conversation. And I have talked to many folks using many different BT units, not one has good quality, on the receiving end, worst than a speaker phone.
And what's up with those BT folks always walking around with the BT in their ear, blue light blinking (reminds me of the old K-Mart days) even when they are not on the phone having a conversation.
You see them sitting in a restaurant, walking in a store, etc, looks like a giant roach-like bug landed on their ear.
I always think they want others to know they have BT or something.

Yes, almost always when I drive and when I need both hands to multitask. I have become one of those idiots who walk through a store shopping and (apparently) talking to themselves!![]()

.
Actually I wish they would make it against the law to talk/text on your cell phone when you're driving. If you need to make/receive a call, pull over and stop the car.
I have one but don't use it that much. The earpiece is too big to keep it on my ear. If I ever find one with a smaller earpiece I will use it all the time. I actually hear better with it.
