Do you turn on a TV Yule Log Christmas Day?

No. As soon as presents are done my husband puts on football...all.day.long. It would be nice, even though we have a real fire place, it kills my allergies and it's usually too hot here

We open presents Christmas Eve, and we always turn one on tv while we open. Our air quality district always prohibits wood burning on Christmas Eve and Christmas day and we don't have a gas fireplace.

Yes, it's a fireplace on the tv screen and it plays Christmas music.

We always put on the tv Yule log Christmas morning. We turn it off when it gets too warm.

Always put the yule log on tv with their nice Christmas music. It just sets the atmosphere for us.
This year, I found one that had dogs and cats around the yule log fire and tree. It was fun to watch them, and I got my "cute pet quota" for the day

Football free house here. But that's everyday, not just Christmas.

Had it on this morning, the one with music and cute little animals, even had a little piggy. We just had it on for background noise while we were laying around reading, then we put on the Disney Christmas special. After that I went to a movie with my son, which we do every year and now we are watching Jeff Dunham cause nothing says Christmas like peanut and guitar man.

No, never - we have a fireplace and use it often during the winter, especially at Christmas. I was at a house party recently where they had it on though.

I did this year! It was the first time I have ever put it on and it was nice to have going in the background.

One of my cats was obsessed with it. At one point he sat in front of the TV, staring up at the yule log for like 20 minutes. Not a twitch except his head tilting from side to side. It was adorable.

Instead of yule log we watched on Hulu dogs destroying a living room decorated for Christmas. It was hilarious.

We had a real fire for part of the day To me, a fire on TV would be bizarre.
