Do you know what a Mummer is?

I'm sorry all you mummer lovers, but I voted for the last one. A native Southeastern Pennsylvanian here and I really don't like the mummers.

Don't want to start anything by saying why. Just figured I would vote.

They used to be a part of our 4th of July parade when I was a kid in Western Ma. I remember the lead guy was REALLY tall!

My DH has been a mummer ever since he was a kid. Jan. 1st is his favorite day of the year! I on the other hand, hailing from CT, don't understand the whole concept, but I am happy for him because he loves it so much!
