Do they sell Pandora (or similar) Disney charms in the parks?

I'd recommend taking your pandora bracelet with and checking in the store if it fits.

We bought one as a gift last year from the store on Main Street in the MK - It does not fit the bracelet. It's a small charm with a mickey head cut out of it (not a dangling charm.)

This is just a guess but there is another line of Chamilia which are Chamilia kids charms that go on a different Chamilia bracelet. The Chamilia kid beads will only fit on the Chamilia kid bracelet not any other Chamilia bracelet. And let me tell you they have some SUPER CUTE Mickey kids charms that I wish fit on the adult bracelet! I bet that's what happened because I have tons of Disney Chamilia beads and have never had a problem fitting them on my Pandora bracelet :)

One thing - putting another brand on does void your warranty. Not that it matters. I did have a Pandora employee refuse to clean my bracelet because I had other brands on my bracelet that could damage their tumbler or could damage my non-branded beads. Just an FYI. I think everyone should be able to make the bracelet they want!

Chamilia also makes a bangle that is really cute! It fits ALL brands - even Trollbeads!

I have no problem mixing the brands on my bracelet. I think the Pandora policy is only there to sell more of their beads and I won't have somebody telling me what I can and cannot put on "my" bracelet.

I just bought 3 charms at disnyeland (20% off with premier AP). One is the dangle Mickey head, one is a colored pink bead with Minnie head, and the third was a sparkling multi color bead. I did not try any on my pandora bracelet before I bought them and they all fit just fine. I may buy another one or two at DTD in Florida this sept. It helps with a discount.

I 100% agree and it is the reason I have all but stopped buying Pandora. They are the only ones that ever lectured me then refused to clean my bracelet. I'm an adult - I'll buy what I want, thank you very much! :sad2:

There's a simple way around this, remove the non Pandora charms before you take it in to be cleaned. Problem solved.

Well... DUH! :lmao:

I was more posting it for folks that didn't know so they could do just that. My bracelet is now marked "not under warantee" at the Pandora Florida Mall because I didn't know. Of course I don't care - but an FYI to anyone that does.

Here is a pic of my Cinderella Coach charm. The funny thing is that it looks like a Mickey head when it is upside down!

I have the David Tutera Fairytale wedding cake serving set that has the Cinderella coach engraved on it. My DH pointed out to me that it was a "hidden Mickey" upside down. I wonder if it is intentional?!

My wife and daughter both got Mickey and Minnie heads at the Disney store at Downtown Disney. They are great! When we go back next week, we will have to get the Cinderella's coach. Great one too.

As mentioned, some of the Chamilia Disney beads will not fit Pandora bracelets.

As I was buying a charm in March at Emporium, I was standing next to a woman who could not get a Disney charm to fit on her Pandora bracelet. I can't remember which one it was, but she had to purchase a different charm than she originally wanted. You really need to try them on your bracelet, as there are a few that are tricky.

Also, I bought a Murano glass Mickey head, and I would not recommend it at all. Although they look beautiful, they break very easily. I am very gentle on my things - still have clothes and shoes from highschool - but due to the nature of the design (it's a lifted design), it cracks and breaks on a normal basis. I was worried about this, but bought it anyway. I won't be buying anymore charms that are raised - I have other Murano glass ones, that are smooth, and they are just fine.

I have both a Pandora bracelet and a Chamilia, and I love the Pandora, but hate the Chamilia. I don't like the clasp (it opens sometimes for no reason), and it hangs in a weird way. I much prefer my Pandora bracelet over the Chamilia, and I also don't find that the Disney beads are that great. Some of the designs are not good at all, and don't look very authentic to the original design, whereas my Pandora beads are well designed. I know it must be difficult to get the minute detail on some of the Disney charms, but some of them don't look good at all, and so I only bought 2 charms, when I would have bought many more.

I agree. This place has some beautiful beads and their claim is that they fit all three of the major brands. They have a pumpkin coach that is much prettier than the Chamillia one. They also have a slipper, castle and pirate ship that, while not officially Disney, are much nicer than the ones that are. And the prices are much nicer on most of their beads, as well!
