As mentioned, some of the Chamilia Disney beads will not fit Pandora bracelets.
As I was buying a charm in March at Emporium, I was standing next to a woman who could not get a Disney charm to fit on her Pandora bracelet. I can't remember which one it was, but she had to purchase a different charm than she originally wanted. You really need to try them on your bracelet, as there are a few that are tricky.
Also, I bought a Murano glass Mickey head, and I would not recommend it at all. Although they look beautiful, they break very easily. I am very gentle on my things - still have clothes and shoes from highschool - but due to the nature of the design (it's a lifted design), it cracks and breaks on a normal basis. I was worried about this, but bought it anyway. I won't be buying anymore charms that are raised - I have other Murano glass ones, that are smooth, and they are just fine.
I have both a Pandora bracelet and a Chamilia, and I love the Pandora, but hate the Chamilia. I don't like the clasp (it opens sometimes for no reason), and it hangs in a weird way. I much prefer my Pandora bracelet over the Chamilia, and I also don't find that the Disney beads are that great. Some of the designs are not good at all, and don't look very authentic to the original design, whereas my Pandora beads are well designed. I know it must be difficult to get the minute detail on some of the Disney charms, but some of them don't look good at all, and so I only bought 2 charms, when I would have bought many more.
