Do Star Wars Weekends draw a crowd?

Do Star Wars Weekends effect the attendance at MGM in a noticeable way?

By the way, thanks for all the tips at this board! I am so excited about all of our plans. I told my husband I have lots of time planned to just go with the flow and his reply was, "As long as the flow is flowing precisely where I planned for it to flow."

Yes, MGM is much busier than usual during Star Wars Weekends. The good news is that most of the additional crowd is centered over by Star Tours.

We also found MGM much more crowded during Star Wars weekends. The crowds specifically for it were mostly focused around the Star Tours attraction and along the street the ABC Commissary is on... If you want to tour with low crowds you might check and see if there is an "off" day during your trip. We were still able to see and do what we were interested in though, we just had to wait a little longer there than the other parks.
