When I made my ADr's DD was 2.5 but she will be 3 for the trip.I probably said 2.5 when I made the ADRs so am I going to be embarassed at character meals if they ask her age? Should I call and change or tell at the podium?

The CM asked us our children's ages when we checked in at the podium and wrote them down on a slip of paper.

I understand for dining plan users or buffet, but can my 12 year old order off the kids menu at other places? Like the Sci-Fi? If we are paying and that's all she eats will they let us or are they that picky?

They always ask my children their ages & write it down. Did you buy a park ticket for your 3yo?

Yes they will probably ask, but don't worry about being embarassed about using a different age at your ADR. I don't believe they compare the age to what you gave on the reservation. A 2.5 year old takes up the same amount of "space" as a 3 year old. When you check in you will just be charged appropriately for a 3 year old.
