Do I need to Wash the Dishes before we leave?

I wash everything we use by hand when we use it. I've never even used the dishwasher but we don't eat much in the room. We had breakfast a couple of times on our last visit, and I washed the dishes. I also throw all the towels in the tub when we leave. The only thing I don't do is make the bed on the last day - I make it every other day though. Can't stand getting into an unmade bed.
