Do I keep TT or cancel and use FL Tours??

We used TT on our last trip and liked them. I made reservations with them for next month about 3 months ago. No problem. But, when my flight time changed I sent them an email. This was about 1 1/2 months ago. Asked for a return email telling me this was no problem. No answer. So I called them yesterday. The woman was somewhat abrupt. When she checked in the computer she found my original request. Then I could hear her going through papers and after about 30 seconds she starting reading my email request of change of arrival time. Made me a little nervous that they hadn't even entered it into the computer at that point. SHe says it's fine now but I'm still concerned. I was thinking of just cancelling them and using Fl Tours. Any thoughts before I make a change?? Oh, and we had requested a driver named Don who was wonderful. THis woman told me no, no driver named Don there. And she had been there a long time. Never heard of him. I'm sure of his name. He was mentioned repeatedly over on the AOL boards at the time. I know his name was Don, his name tag said so. Thanks for any input.
 
We were trying to decide the same thing! We used TT twice before...no problems. However, I keep hearing negative reports and was thinking about switching to FL Tours. Anyone with info?
 
I think you just have to go with your gut. Every company is going to have a problem with a customer at some point. How they handle the problem is how I judge their service. I, personally, wouldn't use Tiffany again after I problem I had the last time we used their services. Nothing major, but I didn't like the way the problem was handled.

When we go back in January we are renting a car for 1-2 days, returning it to National Desk at the S & D, then using Fl tours for our trip from AKL to MCO. I figure since they are a DIS sponser, I would support them. But that is just my .02.

If you are going to worry about this detail of the trip I would just do what makes your 'gut" feel better.

I just made and cancelled :( a reservation with Florida Tours.Before making the reservation, I had emailed and called a couple of companies and they were slightly rude and just didn't sound very professional.After I made my reservation with Fl Tours I received a very pleasant e-mail from them confirming my reservation and when I cancelled I spoke to Andy who was very professional and understanding.Not only are they dis sponsors ,but, I have also read wonderful reviews about them.I personally am planning on using them again in December and recomending Fl Tours to my friends.Great customer service is hard to come by these days and when you see someone doing a good job ,you have to recognize it ;)
