Do AP rates and Florida resident rates go hand in hand?

Morning All,
I saw that Florida resident rates are out for summer and am wondering about AP rates. I checked mousesavers.com and my quick research indicates that the two types of discounts usually come out on the same day. (Keep in mind that it's still early here so I may be confused.) Any speculation on when we'll see AP discounts?
