Wow, talk about service! Our DME packet arrived several weeks ago, but there were two big problems with it. For some reason my ex's name got left off and our new flight information had not been entered (even though I called Disney as soon as American Airlines changed our flight numbers). Anyway the CM at CRO said she'd handle it and get a new DME packet out to us. Yesterday was two weeks, so I called back and was told that since we left in two weeks to go ahead and call DME. I called DME yesterday morning about 9:00AM. The lady with DME checked and sure enough my ex had never been added to DME (even though he was added to our pkg back in June) and our flight info had never been changed (even though I called CRO with it several weeks ago). When I asked her what the chances were of him getting his yellow tags, she said she'd see what she could do. Lo and behold my doorbell just rang and it was UPS with a Next Day Air envelope with our new DME info and new yellow tags. How's that for service (25 hours from the time I spoke with her yesterday).
FYI: I've used DME May '05, Sept '05, Dec '05, Jan '06, and May '06 and had excellent service every time. I know there have been some complaints with DME, but we love the service!
