Awesome!!!!Yes. He said there will be an “upgrade” to the website, and then I guess we will see a section for our tickets that we already linked.

Honestly, we don't know for sure yet. (Seems likely, but it's possible they might change/remove the 13-day rule.)If I buy a 5 day parkhopper, I can either book All 5 days in a row (pending availability), OR book 5 days within the 13 day rule?
Thank you for this info! I also got confirmation through the chat that reservations need to be made through the website, not the app. But zero help on how to get my tickets to show up on the app.Ok just got off the phone with a really awesome knowledgeable CM. He said he already saw all 4 of our tickets linked together, and that we should have no problem making the reservation. Just in case, he made one of our accounts the “primary” owner for all 4 tickets, and now those tickets don’t have the delete button.
He said by 6:30/7am on Monday, we should be able to go to the website to view our tickets. If you don’t see the tickets by then, give Disney a call. That it’s a known problem now that the app and website aren’t linking correctly
He said to make the reservation through the website, not the app. Clear your cookies before, or use incognito mode. They probably won’t use the queue like they did for TOD, unless they really have to.
He talked a lot lol. If I think of anything else useful, I’ll post agsin

So they’re some place on the website, just not any place we can see right now? Am I understanding that correctly.
Correct! They said the section on the website for tickets just isn't up yet, but it will be Monday morning.
No, that was a typo on my end. I meant to show up on the website. Or how to unlink them from my app. They're on the app.So you can't see your tickets on the app or website? I can see mine on the app, but not the website. They said the section on the website for tickets just isn't up yet, but it will be Monday morning. If you can't get them to show up for you anywhere, it might be a good idea to give them a call to see if they can see your tickets on their end.
Same. It's becoming a problem for my husband who has to hear me talk about itNo, that was a typo on my end. I meant to show up on the website. Or how to unlink them from my app. They're on the app.
Waiting until Monday morning makes me so anxious!

Starting April 12th, yes.Is it for sure that we will be able to see what days are available for reservations before we actually buy tickets?
Ok, just got off the phone with Disney and am reiterating what others have said. If you get the message on the website that your tickets are already linked to an account AND you can see them on the app, they are there. We just won't be able to see them on the website until park reservations open Monday morning. She didn't say they need to be removed from the app though. And I'm guessing that's true if they're just showing up again on the app for people the minute they link them on the website.
The way they phrased it on the website ("If you have a multi-day ticket, repeat the process to make reservations for each day of your ticket") makes it sound like you have to book each day of your ticket separately, so hopefully days won't fill up so quickly that 5 days within the 13-day window won't be all gone by the time you need to book that fifth day, but yes, you get to decide when within the window you book them -- they won't have to be sequential, but they will be subject to availability. If I buy a 5 day parkhopper, I can either book All 5 days in a row (pending availability), OR book 5 days within the 13 day rule?
I linked my (3rd party) tickets via the website, and they are not showing up on the website, but they still show up in the app. I'm just going to trust that they will show up on the website eventually and/or Disney will know they exist and let me book reservations accordingly. It's nice to know that I'm not alone in the APP vs Website tix issue.

They say 8am. I’m sure people will check before then lolSorry if I missed this but what time do we need to be online to get tickets on the 15th?
