DL at Thanksgiving???

I know it will be crowded, but what can we expect?

Also does anyone have reviews of the Ramada Inn Maingate? We've stayed at PP once, but decided to go cheap this time and booked at the Ramada.

We went Fri, Sat, Sun after Thanksgiving in 2000. Let me tell you, it was a madhouse! It was our first trip with DS, 10months old. Taking a stroller through the crowds was a disaster. We waited 90minutes for Dumbo. We have definately learned our lesson to not ever go during any hoilday, ever.

Yes Thanksgiving will be crowded. We went over 2001 Thanksgiving and while it was crowded, I didn't find it to be "too bad."

Piece of advice get their at opening, take a break mid-afternoon, return in the early evening. It will be most crowded in the mid afternoon.

The good news is, that all the Christmas decorations will be up, the Christmas shows and parades will be running, including snow on main street after the fireworks.
