Oh, and I wanted to ask what everyone has planned for Easter. It's two weeks from this Sunday and I know the time is going to go by fast.
So come on, let's hear it. I know some of you clever, crafty, types who are also amazing bakers/chefs have some wonderful and yummy things planned for your families already.
I'm looking for fun ideas and yummy recipes if any of you would like to share. I usually make a big breakfast after we do the egg hunt because that's my family's favorite meal, but I'm thinking of doing a lunch this year. We don't eat ham though and that seems to be the most common item served.
Also I have to get working on the clues to their baskets. I always make them do a little hunt for their baskets before we hunt for eggs. They love it, but after 3 years here I am running out of hiding places!

So he went in last night but was home by 12 instead of having to work till 3 so it wasn't TOO bad except that he had to work TODAY again at 4 so I am sure he was not thrilled about that LOL.

Hopefully the figure out what's up very quickly. I'll keep my fingers crossed that your family trip is still a go. That's a great way to unwind!
). It's their all time fave and it is super good (if I do say so myself
Here's hoping for no rain!!

Good grief.

By the time I spend the money buying all the ingredients to cook a meal, it's almost as much as it would be to eat out. Hmm, something to think about. And bonus......no clean up!
I'll have to make sure to empty the trash and put a clean bag in first.
