It's located near the
Lights! Motors! Action! Extreme Stunt Show entrance. The area is basically in the round, at the far end of the lights show. I arrived about 6:00 p.m. and was about the 10th person in line to enter. They will give you a special sticker to wear, so that you can be identifiied as a participant. At the bottom of the sticker, there will be a "coupon" to turn in for your souvenir blanket, which is rolled up and has a built-in handle; it's very lightweight and easy to carry. The blanket comes in blue, red, and black - you select the color you want.
I believe the seating capacity is 350, with tables/chairs set up for 4-6 individuals. There are a few pub tables, as well, with no chairs. There is a selection of water, warm beverages, soft drinks, and punch included, or alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. The desserts are okay and include apple and pecan pie with ice cream, as well as smaller treats such as chocolate wreaths with Nutella, bon bons, cookies, etc; you help yourself, to whatever you want.
Seating is not reserved - you select your table when you enter.
The best part is having this non-congested area, but you still need to walk outside the area, if you want to see everything. It is extremely crowded. If it rains, they will move you inside for the party.
I'm glad I went - this was my first/last time to see the show.
I left the park about 8:15-8:30 that night. As I was staying at the YC, I exited the park for the boat back to the YC and found the longest line-up I had ever seen for the boat. They ended up bringing in an "express" launch, which only went to EPCOT. This cut the line down considerably, but I probably waited in line about 15-20 minutes to board. Several people got tired of waiting, and decided to walk to their destination.
It was a very nice event. My best advice for you is to arrive early and don't wait until the end of the party to depart. BTW, wearing your party sticker, you are able to leave and re-enter the party that night.

I'm with my MIL who really is struggling with walking around thanks to a heart valve which needs repair, and she shares nothing with me but being a nurse I can tell certain things like when she can't breathe!!! Sorry a little venting, but I wish she would've let me get her a scooter wheelchair something. She's been a trooper though, but it's been a very chill trip. Teena I waved from the Hollywood Studios bus
