Can anyone tell me if the Beach Club 1 bedroom suite has a pullout sofa bed in the main bedroom as well as a pullout bed in the sitting area?
Since it has a King bed in the bedroom the Queen sleeper sofa is in the sitting area. This suite only sleeps 4 adults.

It was a bit of an odd spot for tables, but I saw people utilizing it. I agree that the arrangement of tables in the lounge isn’t the best. It feels tight in there and there is plenty of empty space in the middle of the room and around the food area. I think they were trying to give every table a theme park view. Prices for CL have been insanely high—we only did it bc we had a bounceback rate.
This is what im planning/hoping on as ill be down shortly on a girls trip, but this CR is for me and my husband as he has always wanted to stay in CR.

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if the Beach Club 1 bedroom suite has a pullout sofa bed in the main bedroom as well as a pullout bed in the sitting area? I've seen Youtube videos saying that the sofa in the bedroom pulls out to a bed but I also saw a Youtube video showing 2 chairs with no sofa in the bedroom so I'm confused.

Thanks for any info.

In the most recent renovations the BC 1BR suites got a pull down Murphy bed queen in the living room, it used to be a pull out. There’s a flip over daybed/couch in the bedroom.

These were recently redone and this room type is rarely discussed, so caveat in case there are variations among rooms in what they did during the renovation.

@VAtink stayed in one recently if I’m not mistaken.

The 1 bedroom we stayed in had a twin sofa bed in the main bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. Although I've also heard that some of the 1 bedrooms don't have that twin sofa bed in the main bedroom. We were in room 2647, so you could try to request that room if having three sleeping surfaces is important. Bonus of that room is the balcony is massive!

Hello everyone! So excited to arrive at RPC in less than two weeks. We are trying to figure out whether we should have water bottles delivered. Can anyone tell me the current water situation in RPC? I thought I recalled reading that they give you refillable plastic bottles in RPC but I searched and I am not finding anything super recent confirming. If there are plastic water bottles, I was also wondering whether anyone can tell me what the situation is for filling them at the parks… is the water gross? Do they have fill stations or only water fountains? We normally have a case of water delivered to our room but my tree hugging side would love to not be wasteful if we can avoid it. Thanks!

Thank you to everyone to responding to my question about the number of beds in a 1-bedroom suite. The information was very helpful.

I can't help you with RPC but yes, FL water is gross. I live here, so I feel like I can confidently say that. However, if you go to any counter service or snack bar/cart that has a soda dispenser they will gladly give you cups of free filtered water from the machine. There are refill stations in the parks but it's the terrible FL water.

All (or at least almost all) the CL’s have a Nutra/Nautra water tap/dispenser that has filtered cold or sparkling water. You can refill a water bottle from it or put some water in a to-go cup.

I'm so sorry to hear about your stay, I would be extremely frustrated as well. I've never had a bad stay at the Poly but have had several little things happen where you can tell no one is communicating with others. However, it would be 1 thing in a whole stay, not 20 like you, hopefully it's getting better.

I had a similar experience with a cake at WL CL. It was my DD 5th birthday and I was having a cake delivered from CR with a chocolate slipper on top. They had absolutely no record of it and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. So I showed them all of the emails and even then they kept saying CR doesn't deliver cakes here. Long story short, we never got the cake but they sent balloons and a big gift bag for my DD and a big gift basket for me. I still wonder who ate my cake and chocolate slipper.
I think the issue is the CR cake department. Back in 2019, I ordered a cake that was supposed to be delivered from CR to Cali Grill. When I checked in for dinner Cali Grill told us they never received the cake. They had the notes in the reservation that the cake had been ordered, but they never received it.

Also cant help with RPC, but last year at BWI they gave us like small clear bottles to refill water there or i guess anywhere

Is RPC open now with all the lobby refurbishment delays?
Yes I have friends that were there in May. It only closed last June to November. I was there the week before it closed and in Nov. they def decreased the offerings and yet the spin was we are elevating the experience. They had a lemonade cocktail upon arrival . That was nice but not worth losing my soup over 😅

LOL, I assume the pianist that they used to have in the lobby has gone the way of all entertainment cuts?

As @mrsap posted he’s still there.

I got to stay there several times post Covid. I was able to get a good discount so I worked it in some trips/often a split.

I miss it but I’m not paying $1200 up for a std sized room. Last year I got the 1 bedroom TPV outer building CL room in Conch for about what rooms are this year. Now that room is mid $2000.

Maybe I can get a BB rate and do cl next year. Or maybe they put the AP discount of 35% back for Fall🤞🏻

It’s such a lovely place. I love the 3 floors of lounge and spend time on each floor. 5th floor views are amazing! The blue rooms they have now are so pretty.

Someday I hope to get back.

Just got back from a quick stay at BWI--staff was amazing as always. We had a 3rd floor deluxe room, #3229. I was initially concerned regarding the distance and the stairs up to the lounge but it really wasn't an issue at all (it actually gave me a good excuse for why I looked like such a glutton every time I left the lounge). We also felt that the difference in balcony size was rather significant. So, just as you've read here before--if proximity to the lounge is most important to you, request the 4th floor; but if you can easily negotiate a flight of stairs and you like to relax on the balcony and people watch, def request the 3rd floor.
Not sure if this was always the case, but we weren't aware that the staircase we used was locked on the 4th floor--we had to scan for access. Strangely, despite being able to access our room, our bands would not unlock that door until we first used them to unlock the main club level door near the CL desk--I guess it's some sort of glitch. If you use multiple magicbands, you must follow the same sequence with each band individually. That staircase leading up to the main CL desk is still unlocked, presumably because you access the 4th floor outside CL.
Quick follow up, it looks like the bounceback remains the best route for discounts. Poly has always been our favorite resort and despite not having the greatest experiences with CL there in the past, we couldn't resist the 35% discount for a water view week long stay early March 2025. I sure will miss that BWI Deluxe room though!
