Hi Ladies!
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Got kind of lazy on vacation, I guess. I did continue exercising, but not nearly at the pace I need to for DL 1/2 marathon training. Two mile runs just don't cut it. And chocolate macadamia nut pancakes aren't good for waistline, no matter how tasty. Anyhow, it's time to refocus and get back on track. I need a good run tomorrow to boost my confidence in my ability to pull this off. I'm going to make the 1/2 marathon regardless, however I have to drag myself across the finish line. It will happen!
SARAH: Great job on your weight loss and for sticking with it. Your job sounds like it makes it really challenging to keep up with routines, but it is so important to stay healthy and I'm so glad you are doing it! You rock!!
Oh, and I'm sure there are some great point friendly cocktail drinks! Have a great time with your friends!
BETH: Congrats on maintenance! That is really a wonderful accomplishment. Sorry that you aren't feeling very motivated right now. You have done a lot to be proud of: the weight loss and all those health appointments and the dentist. Maybe you just need a breather. But know that we believe in you to go farther!! I'm still holding out to run that 5k someday with you!
VICKI: Hey girlfriend! How are you? How's that foot? Stop by and let us know!
DONNA: Where in the world are you? Hope you're having a wonderful time!
KELLY: Have a great trip!
CRISTABEL: Much pixie dust to you for school!
I'm so excited for you and know that you will do just great!
And HUGS and CHEERS to everyone!!
I'm so tired and am literally falling asleep at the computer, so I'd better go to sleep!
Take care everyone,
Jen
