Hey everyone!!
Hope everyone's summer is going well:) As usual things here are just crazy busy. But a good busy. I love summer break and enjoying the kids at home. We leave for vacation in Virginia Beach in 2 weeks so that's exciting. It's no Disney cruise but hey I'll take it. My DH keeps calling it our LBV (low budget vacation):lmao: We have free tickets to Busch Gardens and Water Country so the kids are out of their minds excited. 3 weeks ago Haley started using an insulin pump for her type 1 diabetes and it has been a godsend. No more 6 or 7 injections a day. She simply changes her sight every 3 days and just presses in how much insulin she needs when she eats. Truly a miracle for us. I hope I havent missed any milestones or anything, but I just wanted to get on quickly and say hi to everyone here!!!!:grouphug:

Take care
Suzanne

Suzanne that's great!!!!! Enjoy Virginia Beach and Busch Gardens!!

Ahhhh, how I love it down here.

We drove by the hotel Michael and I stayed at before the cruise and I couldn't help but think about our cruise.. :( or :)

Patsy, where are you staying?

With my brother. He lives on Milenia Drive (did I spell that right?!) :goodvibes

You can tell these are movie theater boys. They both looked like they'd just rolled out of bed when they picked me up from the airport (4 o'clock) and they lost the car. :rotfl: It was hilarious. Then they got lost coming out of the airport and it took them an hour to find their own apartment.

Then we went to dinner at 9 o'clock. Came back here and they played poker until 3AM. Then swan/hot tubbed until 4:30!
... came upstairs and listened to music until 6:30. And now they're both, still, asleep! :upsidedow

Heidi, that's awesome! The homesickness will fade and you will LOVE it. Cherish these days, you will always be glad you did this! I studied for three years in Scotland and though it wasn't all fun and games, I would not trade a single bit of it away. :thumbsup2

I must have missed something. Australia? What classes are you taking there? Make the most of the opportunities that come your way and the homesickness will be easier to bear. Check out that rock for me, OK? The big one in the middle of nowhere. Ayers Rock. In the photos it is so amazing.

I am going to Cozumel this afternoon for a week to work with a congregation there to build their church building. 21 of us from our church are leaving together while a group of teans are returning today from a week there leading Vacation Bible School. "See" you next week!
