Disney website - someone should be fired

That link brought me to the new site grrrrr.
Its funny that all my dining (thank god) shows up but not resort. But following a link on another thread i was able to check in... crazy lol
I doubt i will ever see my info n use the new site. I have accepted that lol

The site is horrible. I have never been impressed with the site because there are always issues and it is very slow, but this is the worst ever. I am surprised they launched it like this. How embarassing.

And as it stands now my resort reservation shows up .. but none of my dining:rotfl:

Well, I don't want to be smug, but it all is working for me. My profile has been set up for probably five or six years, maybe more.

I'm using a 2011 Lenovo laptap running Windows 7 with Google Chrome, an older Gateway desktop with Windows XP running Google Chrome and my iPhone 5.

I was able to "link" all my resort and dining reservations, add my credit card to my profile and check in seventeen days before my arrival date. My "family" is showing up. I was also asked to set up a PIN for my MagicBand, and those of my "family".

In addition, my bookmark on Google Chrome has gone from the bright blue Mickey ears to the navy Mickey ears in a circle (like on the Fastpass+ entry ways).

So far I have not been able to select my Fastpass+ attractions. Hope to do that before my visit late January 2013.

I almost never call, except for adding requests to my resort reservations.

But you still cannot make a payment on your reservation.

Where did you find the FP+ button?
I have not been able to Load or find it yet?

I had to reenter every reservation # and then they popped up. Even though every time I added the number it said it was already linked, it wouldn't pop up on my page until I added the reservation #.

However, please tell me you are still getting an email confirmation of your reservation? I just want something that says I paid and what my dates are in case I don't get anything in the mail before we leave.

I did receive an email confirmation from the Walt Disney Travel Company within a few hours of booking on the new website. :thumbsup2

I, too, am wondering about the PP who was able to select FP+ options already. I don't see that option anywhere, but maybe it's because our trip is too far out?

I booked through an agent, and I'm used to Disney not letting me do anything on my own. We have a room only first night, then we change resorts and have a package. The system let me add the room only night to My Disney on the main site, but it won't let me add the package.

Consistency, please, Disney!!

I was able to link my dinning reservations, choose a park for each day of my stay( i think this is in prep for choosing fastpass+) , add the 11 people we will be traveling with, give everyone an avatar/character, and add who is going to each dinning reservation as we are splitting up for some.... At the bottom of each person in my groups page there is a list that shows how many dinning reservations they have and how many fastpass+ they have... Which of course are 0 because we are not going until june... I was just playing around on it yesterday and was able to do all that!

How do you get to the groups page? Thanks!

Go to my disney experience, and sign in. Go to my profile, there is a section called family and friends. I added all 11 people there. Now they all come up under that section and are saved there. I then click on a person in my list. Then scroll all the way down on that persons page. You can see dinning reservations if they were added and how many fastpasses they have. I do not have a button to add fastpasses though... Assuming that will open up when i add my tickets. We are not staying onsite.

I don't have that option :-/ Must be for only some people. We are traveling in 20 days, staying onsite and booked with Disney directly.

Do you need to be inside 60 days to see the fastpass options?

I added the park but nothing in the person profile about fastpasses...

I am not sure why all that worked for me. We only have dinning reservations across 14 days. Also, i do not have access to a fastpass button or choices, but i do see where they will come up on each persons screen when they eventually do.

For those of you who were able to add or view fastpasses on the website, would you be able to take a screen shot for us so we know what to be on the look for? It'd be incredibly helpful! :lovestruc

I just checked the ap on my phone. It has all my dining reservations and people that are attending but not the parks that were saved on the laptop version.

I agree! I realize that Disney is trying to update their old system and I like some of the new search features for dining reservations, and the new itinerary plan looks great, but everything still is going very slow and I don't know if the site kept crashing, but it took me several tries to get my dining reservations for June entered yesterday.
