Disney website - someone should be fired

I'll be darn! I just accessed Disney's site from Google Chrome and I've got thenew website. Must have been my cookies.
 
Has anyone been able to link their Package Reservation to their My Disney Experience Mobile App? I keep trying by putting confirmation number and home phone that the reservation is linked to and Nope :confused: message your confirmation number or phone number do not match our records :bitelip: wonder why????? Why can't anything just work like its suppose to :confused: oh well I will keep on trying :thumbsup2
 
Well i went to Chrome to see if it was my cookies and I was just wrong about the new site (even tho i was sure I wasnt because i was using the old site a few weeks ago)

NOPE there is nothing like what you have in your picture on my screen ANYWHERE

this leads me to believe it has to do with a June Arrival
 

The site has gone screwy. Everytime I click on my reservations it makes me sign in again. There is nothing anywhere on my profile that says # of FP+ reservations, but there was on my husband's...only if I go his family/friends profile and click EDIT, then at the bottom there is a page for his FP+ reservations. But NOWHERE for mine???
 
I don't think EVERYONE has the opportunity to use FP+ right now and that's why not everyone sees that on their screen. I arrive next week, and I have nothing like that. You or I must not be one of the "chosen ones" :confused3

OK.... SO I went to someone ELSE profile I am managing for all the ADR

and it DOES show the FP+ .. its shows it as zero

and so far i cant seem to find anywhere to add them so :confused3:badpc::badpc::badpc:
 
I have never seen my resort info on new site.... so there goes my fp+ fun lol.
Grrrrr...
 
Next you're going to tell me there is gambling going on at Ricks! ;)

I don't know about you, but I'd sure be shocked -- shocked -- to find out there is gambling going on at Ricks!
 
I linked two full-blown Disney accounts and tried to make a reservation for those two "people" - it let me make the reservation, but the reservation only shows on one account, not the other linked one's itinerary (when logged in as the other account).

So.. that's not working yet. :rolleyes2

Also the whole little grid that shows you Reservations/Virtual Tickets/FP+ etc.. for other people goes away once an account is a "full" account and not a pseudo-account under yourself.
 
Side note - aside from the email it sends... a little orange notification appears in the "notification center" (the blank white spot under the "My Profile" link when you hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab when you try to link people.
 
It's back to the old site again for me right now :confused3 Sooooooo annoying! :badpc:


I saw another poster mentioned clearing out cookies, so I tried that, and sure enough, got the new site! Weird!

Thanks! I found where I can see that! Anyone know what "virtual tickets" means? We have tickets included with our discounted package, but ours says 0?
 
Ok so heres some new info.... I have made all our reservations under my name as the primary. My friend who i am traveling with made one reservation under her name. I asked her to text me the reservation number to try to link it to mine. Worked without a problem. I thought this might be because i have her as one of my family/friends. Well when the reservation name came up it was with her maiden name because, i am assuming, thats the credit card she used to reserve it. So really it let me link it just bc i have the number not the family/friend thing.
