disney visa and ice cream carts

Just to make sure never done it so I need an answer. Can you use a credit card to pay for ice cream at the ice cream carts? I read a post a while back that said you could but would like to know for sure.

I don't think any of the food carts take credit or ATM cards. Anyone else?

Some of the food carts can charge your purchase to your room key (if you have charging priveleges, of course), so I would think they could take Visa cards too. Anyone know for sure?

Hmm... Thats tough. I really don't think most carts take credit cards and atm cards. I'm not really too sure, but I would say no... does anyone know for sure??

There was information a few months ago that the food and drink carts were now taking credit cards and room charges. I blieve they upgraded the purchasing systems to include wireless approval devices. I forget where I read this (maybe Screamscape.com or Allearsnet.com?), but I'm pretty sure all carts take charges now.

When I was last at WDW it was selected carts that had this feature, but I believe all have it now. It is basically a Palm Pilot with a credit card reader on it. And it processes it wirelessly. I saw many guests using this new program when I was down there!
