Disney UK Booking Ref ?????

Hmm, it's been a heck of a week this week for me so forgive me if I am not awake and missing something (which is VERY possible), but if you are in your 180 day window already, as you will be if you are going in February, you don't need the US reservation number at all. The point of having this is to reserve the first 10 days of ADRs on the first (180th) day. :confused3 So are you unable to make reservations for dining or are you trying to call up your resort reservation? Sorry, little confused here

Edit to add: If it is just your resort reservation you want to retrieve, they cannot do this by phone on the US line. You have to go through the UK line and use your UK reservation number. As for the ADRs, again, I suggest that you go ahead and book them. You can do this without the number at this late stage. Hope you get all the places you are hoping for!

I can make reservations for dining, however I can't connect them to my disney dining plan, as when I select "use disney dining plan" it asks for my number, surname and date of stay. When I put them in it give me that error message.

I'm not bothered about linking most of them (I've just reserved using my credit card where necessary), HOWEVER I can't book Cinderellas table as that requires full payment with the booking. If I can get it to accept my number I will be able to book online.

I can see my room reservation on the US site, using my 12digit number, it's only the dining part that isn't working.

If you go into your user profile on the Disney US site, have a look at the format of your phone number. I recall that it had to be exactly as they format it, which by my recollection is 000-000-0000. You could try copying and pasting it straight into where it asks you as I do know that their system doesn't accept a number that starts with a zero. This must be new that they are asking for a phone number to link your ADRs. Mine didn't on the dining page on the dummy run and the only time it ever asked me for it was when I confirmed reservations online and then when I wanted to retrieve them. I had hassles with the phone number format about 2 years ago and after that, I started using my resort phone number and it was fine. Otherwise it's a mystery. They should have been able to sort it out on the phone for you though.

Mine was on the confirmation details they emailed

I got a confirmation email thru within seconds of booking, this contained a link to their website which said "Your booking includes accommodation as detailed below. As you have booked a Disney hotel, your Disney 12-digit reference number will follow in due course"
That was Sunday evening, still nothing from them yet.

Thank you, will send them an email this afternoon.

I just emailed them and they sent me a new link to the confirmation and the code was on there!

I didn't actually need it as we were already within 180 days but I like it for my records!

BTW Saw you posted the other day about giving LeCellier a miss - we have it booked in February so will let you know how if goes if you want. Last had lunch there in May and food was good then so hoping the current reports are a blip!

Never got around to emailing them but I got 2nd confirmation from them this evening. linked to updated page with our reservation numbers.
Went to Disney.co.uk dropped the box to change to Disney US. clicked on "Retrieve Reservations" logged into my Disney account then entered my 12 digit res number and surname, all the details are there.
247 days until my vacation
Reminders: Dining Reservations Available on January 23, 2012

Could also retrieve relatives booking via my account which surprised me so they are both on there no problems.:thumbsup2

You taking your god daughter again? I must have missed you booked - had a busy weekend with going to Cornwall for a funeral.

I didn't start a new thread, just posted in a couple of existing threads I had booked.
Yes they are going with us again, they were going to miss a year and go year after but after next year we hope to avoid the main 6 week holiday, Matt will be at Uni so we should be able to go late August into Sept. Karen's Cousin is a deputy head teacher so has to stick to school hols.
We have started planning this week, more or less decided on where to eat, taking them for a few offsite meals, Cheescake factory, Manny's & Bubbalous.

Matt has had 3 Uni offers so far, Birmingham, Newcastle & Sussex, still waiting to hear from Leeds & Lancaster, he should be able to choose any he wants but he is finding it very difficult to decide.

Thats nice - I am sure they will have a great time again. You reminded me to add Cheesecake factory back into our to do list!

Well done to Matt :thumbsup2 We are at the opposite end I am just doing primary applications for Chloe but will be avoiding the summer hols for a while longer yet! ;)

Hopefully this is full details.

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/
Goto bottom left of page and drop to USA:English & click go
Click on retrieve reservation and it asks me to log into my Disney account (had this years)
Then retrieve reservation by ticking package/room reservation, drop the 1st box to booked thru a travel professional & entered resort 12 digit number.

I can't go thru the process again to confirm as the reservations are now attached to my account but I think that's everything.

We took Matt out of school for 2 weeks every Oct at Junior school and 1st year at High school, after that I wouldn't, definitely not at College, the learning is a lot more intense, we gave him option this Oct to take 1 day off but he wouldn't, too difficult to catch up now he is at college.
