Disney Shopping Online

Hey all! Was in the World last week and it was fabulous!! I sooo love it there.

Anyway, I have a question. There were a few picture frames I liked in gift shops I saw around the World. A Cast Member told me that I could always order whatever I saw in the gift shops online. I went Disney's site and I can't find a darn thing. Am I looking in the wrong place? I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted, plus I wanted to see my pictures first before buying anything.

Is this correct? Can I purchase what I saw at gift shops online? If so, could someone send me the link to where to start?

Some items may be available at Disneyshopping.com but some items are only available at the parks or resorts.

If the items you are interested in are in the parks or resorts only , you can still order them thru

I do not know if online ordering is available.

You can call and tell them what it was and where you saw it and they will let you know if it is available thru mail order

Thanks! I just went on disneyshopping.com and what I want is not there. I'll give the 407 # a ring and see if they can help me. I thought it was a little strange when the CM told me I could ANYTHING in the gift shops online.

If you bought anything in the shop that you were in at the top or bottom of the receipt there is a web address.... I was told by a cast member last year that if I saw anything in the store that is the email to the warehouse and thats where you can order what you saw.......

Call the phone number on a store receipt or email the web address. They are very good at finding what you're looking for. Three years ago, my luggage was stolen from Logan/BOS (Delta said "lost";I said stolen) Anyway, was the bag with my girls'souvenirs. Luckily I had receipts and was able to call and get everything again (on Delta, of course!) I even described some items I didn't have receipts for but still wanted and, as long as I could tell them what store I saw it in, they found it for me. I was amazed!

I have always had great luck ordering directly from either DLR or WDW. I've described things I've seen and they've found it. Even things resort specific, they've gotten for me. I've been very pleased.
