I did! I just brought them in the house about an hour ago. Thanks so much for the goodies, a very nice choice for me

The recipes always look so much better in person than they do in pictures.

I'm really going to have to get busy now. My ideas aren't transferring to paper too well. I'd like to get mine done early too so that if I have everyone elses recipes early, I can mail back early.

Everything has been a bit delayed. I had ankle surgery and ended up having a lot of problems with it that have made me really sick. But, that being said, I am almost finished with the first set and hope to have everything mailed by Friday.

I have 3 of 12 done- I have all of them printed and the background paper mostly cut- now I just need to finish the embellishments and put them all together. I plan to have them finished by next Monday and then mail.

Thanks for posting everyone! I am really struggling with this swap. I had such great ideas, but they are not transferring to paper well and I'm having to come up with new ideas. The recipes turned out to be too long for much background to show for some of them. Don't worry though-I'll get them done!

pretty in tink has finished 1 of her sets and is working on the 2nd set. Her DD has chosen paper with me and embellishments with pretty in tink. She has her supplies-now she just has to get that recipe down. She's excited about it. She'll have recipes that her mom won't have

The old "too long recipe" is often a problem for me - why do British recipes have so many more instructions than US ones?? Getting the recipe in a readable font which still leaves room for some pretties can be tough! I always work on, these are to use not just for show (yeah, I use mine a LOT or I mean to ) so the most important thing is to have a good recipe Sometimes I use smaller font for ingredients to save space. Or I live wiht a smaller trimming

This "Silk Bread Pudding, Artist Point" recipe is tooooooo long! I'm looking for a replacement now. I realized that I hadn't posted my crock pot recipe either. I'm doing Chicken Stroganoff. Morgan is having a hard time deciding on what to do, but these will be received by you on time, within a day or two).

Mine are finished! My sweet Dh is on vacation this week. We are having a fun week together but I do not want him at the post office with me! lol (he works for UPS -lol.) I will post when I get them mailed- maybe this afternoon-if not, I will before Friday!
