Disney Premier Visa card- anyone upgrading?

I just checked on the website and my upgrade has gone through. My rewards jumped from $24 to $47!

I saw the 2% for gas on my first statement afetr upgraidng but not the 5%. Thanks for reminding me I need to call and ask about that!

I did receive 2% for gas on my first bill after upgrading but thanks for reminding me I need to check on why it wasn't 5%.

UPDATE: According to the rep I just spoke with, we won't see the additional 3% until the end of the 3 month promotional period.

Bummer on the extra 3% not showing up later. I was hoping to use my extra % for our March trip but we go back enough that we'll just use it next time.

Same here! Just think how many more bonus rewards you'll be racking up during your March trip.

That kind of irritates me! Maybe I need to go back and read the fine print, but it never mentioned that in any of the ads or anything I read.

My 3 month period should end and my cc should cycle the second day of our May trip, so I'm hoping those rewards show up at that time so I can access them while in WDW. It will be quite a while before we head back to Disney, so I need those rewards for this trip.

Guess I've got a call to make to find out for sure.

Ahhh.... great. Differing stories. I called and the customer service gal told me that my 5% rewards will be credited each billing cycle, not 2% on each billing cycle and the other 3% in a lump at the end of the 3 month period. I'll have to watch closely to see what actually happens.

Don't you just love the different answers depending on who you talk to?

Typical! All I can tell you is that I have received my first statement after the upgrade and I do not have any 5% rewards, only the 2%.

I would think it would be every month. That's how the 5% promotion works on the regular card.

Oh and as soon as your statement closes if you are at Disney just go to one of the places on property and get a rewards card and then call and they will transfer everything over. We do that every time our trip falls over the time our statement closes.

I got my cards today. I love them! The detail in the back is great. Whenever there is a promotion I always gotten the extra at the end of the promotion period.

Still haven't gotten my cards yet. I applied online on 1/28 so hopefully they will be here soon.
