Disney pins in carry-on lugage???

I was wondering if anyone has had problems taking pins for trade in their carry-ons since they have sharp points. I'd hate for someone at the security point think that a plane could be taken over by someone weilding a Goofy pin.

We've never had a problem taking our pin books in our carry on luggage. We usually give the security person a heads-up, though.

I didn't have any problems with them in my carry on bag. We got ours from the Disney Store and the pins were all still on the cards. We had about 15 or so pins.

We had some. I had 6 in my purse too. No one said a thing.

I was more worried about my lip gloss.

Prior to buying some pins right at MCO, I asked the cashier if I would have any problems with security and boarding the plane. She said, "No, definately not, they have seen millions of pins".

No when i went i took a book that had close to 150 pins and it was no trouble on carry on
