What do drs no right? Drs may say one thing, but God has a different plan for you. I dont understand why drs say oh your son/daughter isnt gonna make it, and then they turn around and do end up living. Glad you were a fighter and fought and pulled through. Why werent you gonna make it? Were you a premie?

I understand what you're saying. After a very early ultrasound we were told that the heartbeat was too slow and to prepare for the worst. Research I did said a 9% chance of survival. Here's our little Alexandra (1st Disney trip coming Sept/Oct07!!) a couple of days ago (not a Disney one - hope you'll forgive me this once :))...

My doctor still tells me that he now tells patients about our little miracle when they are in a similar situation. I understand not wanting to give false hope, though. He's a great Dr. and has changed what he says based on new reasons to hope. :)

Too Funny & Too Cute! :rotfl:

While you might think the picture of Gdad's daughter was very cute, I took a different stance in Jan 2006 when my 5 year old daughter exhibited her lower lip pout!

First I gave her a little time out to ponder her actions!

After that didn't work, I decided to put her behind bars (with her mother who thought it was cute)!

After such drastic measures, life was much better!

OK... now my pic that's not off topic ... last trip this is as close as I got to ToT (5 months pregnant at the time so I waited here for DH to ride... TWICE!)...

When my wife was pregnant with our third child she was informed that the placenta was tearing from the uterus wall and that there was a very high probability that she would not be able to go full term. She was also told that we should seriously consider having an abortion as there was a small chance that my wife would not make it either.

We decided to put it into God's hands and my wife did not go through with the abortion. Here is our daughter at Disney this past summer waiting in line to enter the Millionare Play It.

Thanks! :) You're right - it is from back in that area. I was into any place that had some shade and ceiling fans in the vicinity!!

...maybe Toluca Turkey Legs....:confused3 ....just MY guess....

My POTD needs some backstory. (Don't they always?) Anyway these Street Performers in MGM are an absolute Hoot!!! We saw them on our family trip arguing in the street and everyone was just rolling! We spotted them again on our anniversary trip, but could see they were heading backstage. I rushed over to catch them and asked for a pic. The "husband" immediately started to flirt with me and push the "wife" out of the way, saying, "She wanted a picture with me!" Here's the fight with me in the middle.

And here we are after they made up. (But I was still a little scared.)

We haven't seen them since, but we always look. They were the best! (Please forgive me for two pics, but I did miss yesterday.;) )

I can't remember if I posted this a few months ago- if so I apologize- I just like it.......;)

I have no idea why, but this picture just really made me smile, thanks! Please tell this happens to someone else once in a while: I don't really know how to describe it, but every once in a while I will see a picture of the day that is really random (not like the castle or spaceship or anything) and i just get even bigger goosebumps than when I see a pic of one of the major icons! Ok, hopefully that made sense to at least one person :rotfl:
