Yes, it's a little confusing because of different start times, but the Boo Bash is 3 hours and is officially explained here: Boo Bash After Hours

Thank you for that link, I hadn’t seen that one before. So it definitely looks like the Christmas event is 4 hours vs the 3 hours of Boo Bash, curious to see if there will be a price difference for tickets

From the looks of all of the announcements on July refurbs they think our money isn't as valuable. Summer 2021 is the summer of the sucker in Chapek's eyes.

I don’t think it’s just limited to summer. It could be a good long time before we see any ride system if they’re hanging on until they get a new one to actually work.

can someone walk me through the different "after hours" events happening after Oct 1st? (we might need more information) but ...

If we have Boo Bash happening on some evenings the month of October, and then we'll also see the Deluxe/Villas offered their Extra Hours some evenings -and since we know Boo won't be happening every night at MK it will be easy to slip in the Deluxe Extra hours events at MK and other parks..

here comes the question........with the Xmas "parties" at HS and AK - those are not on the same level of part as the Merriest at MK right - just decorations and perhaps a cavalcade or 2?

So perhaps the nights that the Merriest party at MK is going on then they can host the Extra Hours for Deluxe guests at the other parks? Then the nights they don't have the Merriest party at MK they have the Extra Hours for Deluxe guests at MK?

Yes that’s likely to be the way it works. So far a schedule hasn’t been released for Deluxe evening EMHs. We don’t know yet. I figure it’ll be at least once a week for each of the 4 parks.

With the last of the resorts not opening till dec I don't see AP sales till jan 2022, plus oct-dec will sell itself well with regular tickets between the after hours/50th/holiday celebrations/food&wine and halloween time.

The last thing WDW needs is an influx of local traffic that’s hungry to get back cheap AP’s. We’re out of state, AP holders, but I hope it’s a good long time before they start back up.

Other than the closed resort bit, those things have always been true and Disney always sold APs

I now have 2 spreadsheets for our upcoming November trip - Version #1, and Version #2 depending on what park has Extra Evening hours when we arrive on Nov. 10th..

but the planner in me wants more information! I'm not very patient and NOT a good guesser at what may happen!



and I guess, if I wanted to see more of the Christmas decorations at night, my perfect plan would be to have Extra Hours at a non-MK park on Nov. 10th and then the new Merriest Party on the 11 or 12th....

Maybe they should restrict it to out-of-state people at first. That would be fine with me.
