Pricing for the new three-course selection menu at Disney's California Grill has been released, and is $89 for adults and $39 per child.
Reservations open on My Disney Experience January 31 for the April 1, 2023 launch of the new three-course selection menu.

TRON Lightcycle Run Wait Time Sign Revealed at Magic Kingdom


TRON LIGHTCYCLE/RUN IS A HIGH-SPEED, ROLLER COASTER-TYPE THRILL RIDE ON MOTORCYCLE-STYLE VEHICLES INSIDE A DARK, COMPUTERIZED WORLD WITH SHARP TURNS, SUDDEN DROPS AND STOPS.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggrivated by this adventure.

Expectant mothers should not ride.

Supervise children at all times. Children under 7 years of age must be accomapnied by a person age 14 and older.

Persons who do not meet the minimum height requirement may not ride.

All loose articles must be stored in the lockers or left with a non-rider.

The seating and restraints on this attraction may prohibit guests of certain body shapes or sizes from riding.

Must transfer. A transferable vehicle is available.

Firework Tests to Take Place After Park Close at EPCOT on January 25, 2023

Guests staying at any of the hotels in the EPCOT Resort Area (including Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Disney's Yacht Club, and Disney's Beach Club) should keep in mind that firework rehearsals will be held on Wednesday evening at Epcot, possibly in preparation for the return of EPCOT Forever.

These tests are currently scheduled to take place after park close, from around 11:45 p.m. (or whenever the park is clear of Guests) until around 1:00 a.m. The rehearsal will include multi-burst intervals of fireworks, lasers, and smoke/fog effects.

Mobile Order Service Now Available at Additional Dining Locations at Disney Springs

Since introducing mobile order several years ago, the Walt Disney World Resort has been continuously expanding the service to additional dining locations. Beginning today, Guests will be able save time in line when they use mobile order at two additional locations – B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. and Amorette’s Patisserie.

With Mobile Order, Guests can save time by skipping the line and heading directly to the pick-up counter at some of their favorite dining locations at Disney Springs, including the following:

1. Amorette’s Patisserie
2. B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.
3. Disney’s Candy Cauldron
4. D-Luxe Burger
5. Goofy’s Candy Company

Drove through property this morning. They are out working on World Drive near the split for the new northbound Floridian Way lanes. Looked like a striping truck was about to restripe the lanes they used temporarily for southbound. Should have the new lanes open soon.

The Walt Disney Company Leads All Studios With 22 Academy Award Nominations

The Walt Disney Company today received a total of 22 nominations from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the 95th Oscars®, which are set to take place on Sunday, March 12.

Disney’s film studios led the way with a total of two Best Picture nominations for 20th Century Studios’ Avatar: The Way of Water and Searchlight Pictures’ The Banshees of Inisherin.

The Banshees of Inisherin received a total of nine nominations, including Best Director (Martin McDonagh), Best Actor (Colin Farrell), Best Supporting Actor (Brendan Gleeson and Barry Keoghan), Best Supporting Actress (Kerry Condon), Best Original Screenplay (Martin McDonagh), Best Film Editing (Mikkel E.G. Nielsen), and Best Original Score (Carter Burwell).

Searchlight Pictures also secured a nomination for Best Cinematography for Empire of Light, bringing its grand total of Academy Award® nominations to 10. To date, Searchlight Pictures has secured a total of 21 Best Picture nominations.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever picked up a total of five nominations, including Best Supporting Actress (Angela Bassett), Best Costume Design (Ruth E. Carter), Best Original Song for Lift Me Up (Tems, Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler), Best Makeup and Hairstyling, and Best Visual Effects.

Avatar: The Way of Water had a total of four nominations, including Best Production Design, Best Sound, and Best Visual Effects.

Pixar’s Turning Red was nominated for Best Animated Feature Film and National Geographic Documentary Films secured a nomination for Best Documentary Feature Film for Fire of Love.

Rounding out the nominations was Disney Branded Television’s Le Pupille for Best Live Action Short.
