Disney News, Discussion & an Element of Fun - 2023 Edition

What did I miss in the last 48 hours?
There were also some rowdy guests trying to be the "last" ones to ride Splash Mountain. I saw pictures on Twitter where the park manager and security had to be called around 11pm to get people to move through the line as some people were stopping in the middle of the line so that they could jump in at the end to be the last ones to ride. Nothing more than that happened, though.

Oh and people on ebay are selling Splash Mountain water LOL I saw a listing for $150.

I just saw this listing on ebay:

"Splash Mountain bag and tap water from my sink. Rare Read Description.

This is obviously just for fun and to make fun of the people who are really selling water from a ride. I’m a Disney fan but come one people has the world gotten so doomed that people would buy water from a ride. Smh if you really want this water buy it. I’ll even do free shipping!

Have a magical day!"

The price is $25,000.00. I wonder how long that listing will stay up there!

And this is what I call, a One Man Show. Good for him, didn't know it was only one actor for all of them haha

Hey, stop pooping on my retirement plan!

I also have for sale blades of grass from every super bowl ever played (including games on astro turf), dirt form the mound of every world series game ever played, dust clearly left by ghosts in the haunted mansion, and hunks of ice form the iceberg that hit the titanic. And if you have to ask me the price for these rare items, it means you can't afford it

Oh, just major crowds and the possible attempted theft of the Br'er Rabbit "you may get wet" sign. The way DISer's talk about it, I'm surprised that nobody chained themselves to the entrance in protest. 🤣
Honestly not even remotely surprised someone tried to take the sign lol

And here is more about the moment Baymax takes flight:

"During a climactic moment in the story, the thumping bass of the song “Immortals” from “Big Hero 6” can be heard as Baymax takes to the skies over Disneyland Park with his rocket boosters propelling him into the night."

Disneyland says it will be their first spectacular to feature "characters, music and stories from Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, the Avengers and Star Wars" in the same production.

Disneyland says the Avengers portion is inspired by the illustrative, graphic-novel style that can be seen in the Black Panther and Hawkeye end credits.

Star Wars features a painterly style that is largely based on original production art from the films.
