Are they stealing ideas from Universal's Hagrid's Magical Motorbike Creatures Adventure? Are guests riding in the sidecar? I've always wanted to ride in a sidecar.

Sounds like they are covering their butt because of the backlash but I do like the idea of parental controls.

DH read that it was an accident. That someone replaced the full copy with the modified one, when they didn't intend to do so. I guess they had to dig through the backups/snapshots to find the unmodified version, or something stupid like that. Sounds as hokey as our filesystem at work. It was either a version meant for some other release, like TV or airplanes, or their intention was to have a gated and ungated version. Just glad that they are fixing it correctly.

Cosmic Rewind Galaxarium “Viewing Experience” Will Be More Than 30 Minutes Long

In a new article, D23 shares that the “full viewable experience” in the Galaxarium will be more than 30 minutes long. Hopefully, you aren’t standing in this room for 30 minutes as there are multiple other pre-show rooms to get through, but demand for the new ride will likely be high.

Disney is saying the edits were due to a software issue, which sounds like D+ is testing is the ability to have different versions of content selectable based on the parental ratings ... A great option for all if you ask me

If that's the case, man I'd love it if they could make a slightly kid's friendly Black Panther. My wife and I were talking about it the other day, about how there use to be TV edits of movies back in the 80s and early 90s that kids would watch but miss certain things. Wish they still had those...my son so desperately wants to see Black Panther.

If that's the case, man I'd love it if they could make a slightly kid's friendly Black Panther. My wife and I were talking about it the other day, about how there use to be TV edits of movies back in the 80s and early 90s that kids would watch but miss certain things. Wish they still had those...my son so desperately wants to see Black Panther.

Marvel movies are on tv a lot, though I'm not sure if I've come across Black Panther in particular. I always stop on them, then my sister asks why I don't just pull it up on D+ or Bluray to avoid the commercials.

Phased Reopening of Disneyland Will Take “Another Year”

In a report from the OC Register, Disneyland President Ken Potrock says that the resort is more than 50% reopened, but that it will take another year until the phased reopening is complete.

Didn't snag a pic, but The Contemporary has an Easter Egg display of custom chocolate eggs on the main floor (4) inspired by Marg Blair and the 50th. They also have several new treats available for purchase at Contempo Cafe, including macarons and "bunny bark".

They are. On TBS or whatever....but he's in bed by 9. I'm thinking Saturday afternoon type stuff on Channels 17, 29, or 57 from when I was a kid growing up in Philly.

Not sure if this counts as news but I’m stalking Halloween updates and saw this for Disneyland. It’s the first time I’ve looked so it could have been there for a while. There’s no similar language either on MNSSHP or Boo Bash for DW.

I really think the WDW delay is whether or not they're doing Boo Bash or MNSSHP. Dland had the full, normal Oogie Boogie Bash last year and there was never a question of it returning again in 2022.

Salt & Straw Flavor Offerings for April

Currently only available in Disneyland at Downtown Disney, but hopefully soon to be available in Disney Springs as well

On Instagram, Salt and Straw announced that this month’s flavors are a part of something called the Student Inventors Series, which is where the shop takes original stories written by kids and turns them into one-of-a-kind ice cream flavors!
