It is very random to use Sneezy for this. Dopey I understand, they have used him for merchandise and as a character more often. The others you normally only see if they do something with all seven. If it had some powder, or it was a bunch of flowers with pollen etc. I can understand the use of Sneezy. But for rootbeer ice cream... seems random.

They're actually planning on cycling through all the dwarves. I thought the original intent was to have two at a time. I think the flavors are primarily chosen so the colors correspond to each dwarf's outfit.

Half the time Disney doesn’t know which dwarf wears which colors. I make ears and trying to pin down which colors to use for which dwarf was a nightmare. They use completely different colors from the movie for their in park meet and greet dwarfs and there’s the remastered color scheme as well.Both, actually.
